Prepare for Your Akashic Records Reading 

  1. Check Your Tech Setup
    Test your Zoom connection, camera, microphone, and internet stability. If possible, restart your computer or router before the session to prevent disruptions.

  2. Choose a Quiet, Sacred Space
    Select a comfortable, quiet space where you won't be interrupted. Clear the area of clutter and consider lighting a candle or placing a spiritual object nearby.

  3. Avoid Alcohol & Heavy Foods
    Refrain from drinking alcohol or eating very heavy meals the night before and the day of. Light, nourishing foods help support a clearer energy field.

  4. Hydrate and Rest
    Drink plenty of water and aim for a good night’s sleep. A well-rested body and brain are more open and receptive to the guidance coming through.

  5. Practice Grounding
    Take a walk in nature, do light stretching or breathing exercises, or simply stand barefoot on the ground to feel centered and connected to the Earth.

  6. Journal Intentions or Emotions
    Spend a few minutes writing about your current emotional state, hopes for the reading, or any insights that have come up recently. This helps declutter the mind.

  7. Minimize External Input
    Reduce social media, news, or intense conversations in the 24 hours leading up to your session. Create space to tune inward.

  8. Silence Notifications
    Turn off alerts on your phone, computer, or smartwatch. Set devices to "Do Not Disturb" during your reading.

  9. Prepare a Notebook & Pen
    Have something ready to jot down insights, symbols, or phrases that resonate during your session.

  10. Reflect on two questions you would like answered to understand about my soul’s journey right now.
