Avoid Alcohol & Heavy Foods
Refrain from drinking alcohol or eating very heavy meals the night before and the day of. Light, nourishing foods help support a clearer energy field. -
Hydrate and Rest
Drink plenty of water and aim for a good night’s sleep. A well-rested body and brain are more open and receptive to the guidance coming through. -
Practice Grounding
Take a walk in nature, do light stretching or breathing exercises, or simply stand barefoot on the ground to feel centered and connected to the Earth. -
Journal Intentions or Emotions
Spend a few minutes writing about your current emotional state, hopes for the reading, or any insights that have come up recently. This helps declutter the mind. -
Minimize External Input
Reduce social media, news, or intense conversations in the 24 hours leading up to your session. Create space to tune inward. -
Silence Notifications
Turn off alerts on your phone, computer, or smartwatch. Set devices to "Do Not Disturb" during your reading. -
Prepare a Notebook & Pen
Have something ready to jot down insights, symbols, or phrases that resonate during your session. -
