1. What is a BQH session?

Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) is a gentle hypnosis-based modality that allows you to access your subconscious mind for insight, healing, and clarity. In a session, you are guided into a deeply relaxed state where you may explore past lives, symbolic imagery, or receive guidance from your higher consciousness. The session is client-led and flexible, meaning your experience unfolds in the way that is most appropriate for you.

2. What is a QHHT session?

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a specific hypnosis method developed by Dolores Cannon. It involves guiding you into a very deep trance state to access the subconscious (often referred to as the Higher Self). During a QHHT session, clients often explore past lives or other meaningful experiences and may receive direct answers and healing from their subconscious mind.

3. What is the difference between BQH and QHHT?

While both are hypnosis-based healing modalities, there are a few key differences:

4. Will I be unconscious or asleep during the session?

No. You remain aware and in control the entire time. Most people describe the experience as feeling deeply relaxed, it is similar to daydreaming or deep meditation. You can hear the practitioner, respond to questions, and remember your experience afterward.

5. What kinds of questions can I ask during a session?

You may ask questions about:

Physical, emotional, or energetic healing

Life purpose or soul contracts

Relationships
-
Patterns or blocks you’re experiencing

Past life influences

Spiritual growth and direction

Come to the session with about 10-12 written questions. You do not need to share these questions with me before we meet

6. Can everyone be hypnotized?
-
Most people can enter a hypnotic state, especially if they are open, willing, and able to relax. Hypnosis is a natural state that we move in and out of daily. A successful session depends more on trust and openness than on any special ability.

7. What does a typical session look like?
-
Both session begins with a conversation followed by hypnosis. You may experience imagery, emotions, memories, or simply a sense of knowing. In QHHT sessions, time is also spent asking prepared questions directly to the subconscious. Both types of sessions conclude with grounding and integration.

8. Is it possible to experience a past life?

Yes, many clients experience past lives, symbolic journeys, or meaningful inner narratives. Others may receive information in the form of emotions, sensations, or insights rather than visual imagery. Every experience is unique and valid. Some clients experience a time in this lifetime. Regardless of what you experience, there are no mistakes, each experience is regarded of very high significance to where you are right now in your life.

9. Can healing really happen during a session?

Healing may occur on many levels, emotional, energetic, spiritual, and sometimes physical. While no guarantees can be made, many people report feeling lighter, clearer, more peaceful, or experiencing shifts in perspective after a session. Healing often continues to unfold in the days and weeks following. It is highly recommended that the client listen to their recording a handful of times to reap utmost benefits.

10. How should I prepare for my session?

Come with an open mind and a willingness to relax. It’s helpful to:

Get good rest the night before

Stay hydrated

Reflect on your intentions or questions

Avoid alcohol or substances beforehand
-
No meditation or hypnosis experience is required.

If you are coming to my space for the session, wear something warm, bring a snack/lunch and a bottle of water.
-
Cancel all other appointments or responsibilities for the day, sessions can be from 4-7+ hours.
